Development projects within Embedded Engineering often simply start with an idea. As is the case with PicoMonitor, which was submitted as a proposal for the 2019 Defence Innovation Competition. The jury declared our PicoMonitor proposal the winner and the accompanied prize money enabled us to develop the idea towards a product.
The PicoMonitor is a health monitor where the wearer, the commander and medic can read out the health status of the wearer. The PicoMonitor is worn partly in the ear and partly on the wrist and records all kinds of vital signs of the wearer as well as environmental factors.
